Rabbit Trails

My friend Knitting Grace has a prayer for me. It is that I would not waist my beautiful love and self on someone who can not appreciate it. In relationships, we search for someone to support us, want to know us and find a cozy place within our world.. a new world lived together. But if we continually spend time with people who do not fit this idea, we may not be able to ENJOY the real one when it presents itself. God asks us to trust Him. Much like my name sake "Sarai", I think I have it under control. I guess what I do trust is that God would not quit pursuing the best for me, even if I take a rabbit trail along the way or resist His leading. Because in the end, what I really want is a flood of love and beauty from that someone special.
