As I finish a Master's in Leadership, I am reflecting on the most important thing I have learned - I must "be myself" if I want to lead well. A leader must know their strengths, weaknesses, values, experiences, and goals so that they can lead from them.
All this to say, I am tired and getting nervous about our potential national leaders. If they keep pandering to our needs and whims, how will we know who they are? For that matter, how will they lead if it isn't from "who they are?"
One huge point for God - He never, never, changes and always shows us who He is.
