Jeopardy Champ and I had a great day together watching the NFL playoff games. We enjoyed conversations that caused me to reveal my opinions.... opinions that seemed good and honest and me!.... in his presence. Opinions that opened doors to my own need to refine insight. Insights that revealed our ways of life and experience and who God was in each of us.
We are both just walkin'. Walkin' and giving our opinion when friends ask.
And now and again, I risk just enough to see what he will do.
(Incidentally, during the game today, I noticed that I might need to brush up on matching the team cities with their mascots. Like "San Diego 49er's for $100, Alex. It is only a ploy to teasing him.)
