I made a statement to a co-worker today and the voice I heard didn't sound like my own. It said, "if I knew God had a man for me when I turn 42, I would enjoy my life now and look forward to 40." My co-worker, Sweet Home Alabama, looked at me and said, "then claim it!"
I am wondering if she is right.
Another friend, Knitting Grace, reassured me that I am going through a recovery period. She said that I was "still getting all the cookie dough off my fingers" from the last relationship.
I am wondering if she is right.
It is so important to look for the voice and truth of God in the women who walk in your everyday life. It is like actually hearing the still small voice on the mountain, if you dare to believe it.
